Imagine if gymnastics, dance, yoga, and acrobatics had a baby—that's Poetic Discipline!

Many people aren't familiar with this unique approach, so we set out to show how it can help you nail that handstand, become more aware in BJJ, or ease those pesky CrossFit pains.

Now, Poetic Discipline offers 1-on-1  and group classes sessions, each introducing different ways to move better and feel great.

The more discipline offers better mental, physical, and spiritual growth and health. Our visual design emphasizes these benefits, positioning PD as the go-to for individuals seeking enhanced movement, and connection with oneself — and by default their lives and relationships.

We started with an emblem which is an ambigram. Black and white color scheme. Ying yang, attitude — clean, straightforward beauty.
