Poetic Discipline

Think gymnastics, dance, yoga, and acrobatics had a baby — Poetic Discipline is a holistic approach to movement education. The challenge is there's isn't much understanding to the public, so the goal is to create associations with how this movement education helps you get a better handstand, helps you gain more awareness in BJJ, and fixes nasty aches and pains in cross-fitters. With that, PD was born and offers (3) group classes a week, sharing different modalities to enhance better movement.
